Seto clears his throat and wipes the water off his face]

U-Um, can anyone hear me? I could really use some help I don't... know where I am. I still can't see anything.

[The least the Malnosso could do was give him back more of his sight jeez... ] B-But I do know I'm beside a river! [Not. That that will help too much but he's trying. He can only do so much] I'm sorry...

[ So far Seto's been pretty lucky with his interactions with Lightning. No doubt he's probably been exposed to at least an inkling of how dangerous she can be- if nothing else, during the one draft they've been on together. However, she's always been relatively amiable towards the teen himself. Maybe a bit irritated or exasperated a few times, but...

Her voice is low now. Low and unhappy. ]

What did you see?

[At least she's finally said something, even if it doesn't sound happy] Well, um... I saw this girl. She looked a lot like you and--oh, there was a guy too! Your brother I think... but he didn't look like you at all and you didn't like it when he called you his sister.

[Maybe they were having some kind of fight? Seto has no idea, he's never had any siblings to know what a sibling fight is like.]

The girl, Serah, she started to say something about... Cocoon? I think that was it, but then she started to float away and turned into crystal.

[ Hey, nothing like a kid reaching into your memories and viewing the single worst moment of your life, right? His description is definitely enough to prove that he actually saw what he shouldn't have, and... to absolutely nobody's surprise, this fact does not soothe Lightning's rising irritation. There's actually a quiet cracking sound as her grip slowly crushes the handle of her umbrella without her realizing it. ]

[He heard the crackling but he isn't quite sure what it was. Did she step on something?]

I-I'm really sorry! I didn't mean to see it... it just happened. [Shrinking a little now]

[ Or rather, if it's only directly or if it can be funneled through objects too is what she wants to know, despite her bluntness. Obviously she's still not all that convinced that there hasn't been spying already. ]

[ Still unacceptable... but not quite as bad as it could be, as far as Lightning is concerned. Her displeased attitude continues to radiate off of her like heat in the drizzling rain, until finally- ]

[He knows she's upset and he doesn't want to bother her more than he already has but he can't find his way back by himself. He'll end up going the wrong way]

[ There's a noticeable pause, filled with that now-familiar silence... but then, Seto will definitely feel something suddenly wrap around him- Lightning's scarf, which she whips around and then catches with one hand in a single motion. Because she's just that awesome.

Drag him back to where he belongs? Sure, but if he makes even the slightest attempt towards trying to touch her again, it's likely she'll be out of there so fast her footsteps will be fading by the time he notices what's happened. ]

[It's that familiar silence that he dislikes and he goes to speak when he feels something around his neck. He reaches up and touches it. A piece of cloth? What's this for?

Again, he opens his mouth to ask a question when he hears her footsteps become distant behind the sound of the rain. He can't let her get too ahead!! So he jogs to catch up enough so he can hear her right in front of him but isn't too close.

Just gonna... awkwardly duck his head and follow quietly]
